Dan Richards, MD serves a co-course director of Dell Medical School’s Year 2 interprofessional education course, Applications in Interprofessional Collaborative Practice, which promotes clerkship students’ learning of collaborative clinical care and communications. Richards also leads interprofessional education at university wide events; graduate medical education on teaming and communication; and interprofessional faculty development at the university. Richards was recognized as one of the inaugural IPE fellows at the university’s Health Interprofessional Practice and Education Center.
