Veronica Young, PharmD, MPH serves as the founding director of The University of Texas at Austin Center for Health Interprofessional Practice and Education. Young is a clinical professor in the university’s College of Pharmacy and participated in the creation of Dell Medical School’s interprofessional integration curriculum. She is a founding member of the Texas IPE Consortium and has co-led the development of national professional development programs in interprofessional learning and rapid teaming for clinician educators. Young has presented on interprofessional education nationally and internationally. Young has also contributed to the development of the institutional assessment for quality IPE with the Interprofessional Education Collaborative.
