Dr. Gomaa is an Associate Clilical Professor of Otolaryngology, with research interests in quality enhancement of medical education, healthcare quality improvement, and patient safety. She is a certified peer reviewer and educational consultant, has a certificate in leadership from the University of Alberta, a certificate in Patient’s Safety Quality Management (PSQM) from the University of Calgary, Canada; and completed the Higher Education Teaching Certificate from BOK Harvard University, USA. Dr. Gomaa is the director of undergraduate medical education, a member of TBLC, Association of Medical Education in Europe (AMEE), and Society of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE). Additionally, she is on the Editorial board of “Frontiers in Education”.
