To connect with peers and receive student-specific updates, join our IAMSE Student GroupMe!

To access the student rate as a member of IAMSE, all you will need to do is enter the email address that is associated with your membership when registering. The student rate should become available to you at that time. If the student rate does not appear when you enter the correct email address, please fill in this form and a member of our team will get back to you. If you are having trouble accessing the form or are running into any other issues, please contact support@iamse.org.

There are a couple of reasons that this could be happening:

  • You joined as a member of IAMSE recently. It can take up to three business days for our system to recognize new members.
  • Your membership is currently expired.
  • You changed email addresses recently. If you are able to access the student rate using an old email address, please let us know at support@iamse.org and we will update our system.
  • There is a typo in the email address.

If none of these scenarios apply, please reach out support@iamse.org and our team will investigate for you.

To gain access to the student rate, you will need to contact us at support@iamse.org with proof of your status as a student at your institution. A letter from your dean or department chair are preferred, but we will also accept an unofficial transcript or a class schedule where the student's name is clearly visible.

IAMSE defines students as individuals enrolled in a full-time education program, such as programs for BS, MS, PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, etc., or dual-degree program such as MD/PhD or MD/MBA. Proof of full-time student status should be provided by the school or institution.

IAMSE defines trainees as individuals undergoing further full-time supervised training after completion of a doctoral (or equivalent) degree, including interns, residents, fellows, etc. Proof of trainee status should be provided by the school or institution.

In this scenario, we ask that you register as either a member or non-member and select the "invoice" option for payment. Then, contact the support office at support@iamse.org, letting our team know that you will need an alteration to your registration. We will require payment before the conference begins
