I am a student member of IAMSE and I am using the email address associated with my account. Why is the student rate not appearing for me?
There are a couple of reasons that this could be happening:
- You joined as a member of IAMSE recently. It can take up to three business days for our system to recognize new members.
- Your membership is currently expired.
- You changed email addresses recently. If you are able to access the student rate using an old email address, please let us know at support@iamse.org and we will update our system.
- There is a typo in the email address.
If none of these scenarios apply, please reach out support@iamse.org and our team will investigate for you.
