Ruth Norris, Ruth has a 15+ year track record delivering change in both commercial settings and academia. He is currently Head of Digital Strategy (Manchester NIHR BRC) and Operational Director of the Pankhurst Institute for Health Technology. She provides senior operational leadership and support for multi-disciplinary teams to deliver health technology research, and facilitates collaboration to magnify impact across the UK and internationally. Ruth is responsible for creating and sustaining partnerships across interdisciplinary networks of academic, industry, and NHS partners to deliver data driven health research. Ruth has over 15 years’ experience of delivering transformational change; is APMP and Agile qualified and an active advocate of the interdisciplinary team science approach in the UK community: Currently Ruth co-leads (with Stockton-Powdrell) a high-profile programme of work to enhance research culture at the University of Manchester, across all faculties and disciplines.
