Dr. Liang is an award-winning scholar and founder of Dollar Enterprise, one of the best entrepreneurship curricula in the US. Dr. Liang has a substantial record of publications, presentations, awards, and grants in entrepreneurship & community development. Her research interests include use of technology to deepen experiential learning, multifunctional agriculture, entrepreneurship, rural development, food systems, food networks.

Dr. Liang has been a member of the ELC for four years and an instrumental contributor to three ELC workshops at NACTA Conferences. Her work has been published in Agricultural Finance Review, Agricultural Research and Technology and the Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship.
