The SciTS Conference is the flagship event of the International Network for the Science of Team Science (INSciTS). It remains the premier annual gathering for scholars, practitioners, and providers in Team Science (collaborative interdisciplinary research). The conference brings together a broad range of disciplines to share and advance the evidence-based methods for team collaboration and transdisciplinary science. Our goal is to build an evidence base and develop translational applications to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of team-based research.
SciTS 2026 will showcase the current state of knowledge in the field, highlight applications for enhancing both team science and the science of team science, and explore future directions for advancing the global scientific enterprise.
SciTS 2026 will bring together thought leaders, scientists engaged in team-based research, institutional leaders who promote collaborative research, policymakers, and federal agency representatives.
As public health, social, technological, and environmental challenges impacting our world become more complex, science is increasingly central to addressing these issues. Tackling these challenges requires cross-disciplinary engagement, collaboration, and often long-term interaction among groups of investigators. Such team-based research efforts are also an essential feature of a robust translational research enterprise.

All exhibitors will be required to agree to the following terms & conditions during the registration process.
Application Deadline & Fees
Applications for exhibit space are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that your organization submit a completed application form as soon as possible. Sponsors must be registered and have their company description and logo on file no later than April 1, 2026, to guarantee inclusion into the conference booklet. The deadline for receipt of the application as full payment is April 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Rates will increase by $250 USD for all applications postmarked after April 5, 2026.
Cancellations or Reductions
Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than April 25, 2026, and are subject to a $250 USD cancellation fee per booth. If space is reduced prior to April 25, 2026, 20% of the total cost of space will be retained. If space is reduced before May 1, 2026, 50% of the total cost of the space will be retained. There are no refunds for reduction or cancellation after May 1, 2026.
Shipping
All sponsors are responsible for the organization’s arrangements for shipping and handling. Any physical swag items to be included in attendee packets must be received by INSciTS no later than April 1, 2026. Shipping information will be sent to the registered representative one month prior to the conference.
Electricity & Internet
Arrangements for electricity or internet access must be made directly with INSciTS. Details for these arrangements will be sent to the registered representative.
Non-Educational Activities
Sponsor-sponsored dinner, entertainment activities and/or meetings may not be scheduled in direct conflict with any scheduled sessions. Requests for space must be approved by INSciTS.
Liability
Each sponsor agrees to protect, save, and hold INSciTS and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called “Indemnified”) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by negligence of the Sponsor or those holding under the Sponsor. Further, Sponsor shall at all times protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the indemnified against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or by any reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including Sponsor, its agents, employees, and business invites, which arises from or out of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.
Sound Devices/Noise Level
The noise level from any product demonstration or sound system must be kept to a minimum to prevent interference with other exhibits.
Subletting or Space Sharing
Subletting or sharing of booth space is prohibited.
