At T Shaped, Joanna supports life science leaders and teams in strengthening collaboration, communication, and decision-making through evidence-based facilitation and coaching. Joanna is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School, a Member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Chair for the Women in Bio Metro New York Chapter.
