It’s possible we haven’t yet received your membership dues. If you sent your dues but your registration rate isn’t reflecting this, please contact the WVSPS office at wvsps@wvsps.org. If you have not yet sent your dues, you can renew your membership here.

You may also be registering with a different email address than what we have on file. The system will not recognize you as an active member. Be sure to use the same email address for your registration that you have registered with your WVSPS membership.

Currently, only members of WVSPS can receive the member rate at Society events. If you want to join the Society and take advantage of the member rate, click here!

You will be sent PDF copies of your PDHs after the conclusion of the seminar by the WVSPS Admin Office after your attendance has been verified. This seminar would qualify for eight PDHs.

(Please note that attendees are responsible for keeping PDHs for their records. The WVSPS Admin Office does not keep individual records of PDHs earned.)

You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVSPS Admin office by emailing wvsps@wvsps.org.

No, there will be no handouts for any of the sessions. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for this event. We are happy to allow registration substitution if submitted to the WVSPS Admin Office by Monday, May 15. Please email wvsps@wvsps.org with any questions or to transfer a registration.

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the seminar and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. 

No meals are included in your registration fee.
