The pandemic put enormous pressure on learning outcomes as well as on academic associations like that TBLC that support the betterment of education practice. The purpose of this workshop is to allow participants to reflect on the challenges facing education, how TBL can help address them and how TBL educators can most easily and effectively introduce TBL to others. In this workshop, participants will start by considering the trends and issues facing higher education today, prioritize those that TBL can help address and describe the rationale for how TBL can help address them. In the second part of the workshop, participants will create or critique and improve upon an existing intro to TBL module with the goal of creating a new and improved TBL module in 30 minutes or less
