This session emphasizes PEP for our organizations that a positively impact the organizational culture, mirroring what we do in the TBL classroom. Here, we use 4S cases and situational judgment exercises to support assessment immediacy at all levels, including professional/academic staff, faculty members, and administrators.

We emphasize a critical area of assessment and evaluation as a topic for all faculty and academic staff members. Using data in a meaningful way to create a better and more sustainable organization is a constant need in today’s world. Leveraging what we know from the TBL approach can help us embrace PEP to develop a strong assessment mindset.
