Poster and Oral Presentation Information

Oral Presentation Instructions

  • Presentations will be on Monday, May 4, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM and on Tuesday, May 5, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The full schedule can be found below.
  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please let us know so that we can notify the moderator.
  • All conference activities will take place at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and will take place in the Pacific Time Zone.

  • The poster boards will be 48 inches x 36 inches.
  • Poster set-up is scheduled for Monday, May 4, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The room will be posted once available.
  • Poster viewing session: Monday, May 4, from 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM
    • Make sure to find your poster number ahead of time. Poster numbers can be found on the Poster Abstract page of this website. The posters are separated by topic. If you can't find your poster, please email us at support@tblcadmin.org.
  • Posters need to be removed from the boards on Tuesday, May 5, by 12:00 PM.
