- What is the cancellation policy?
- Registrations are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to another individual if requested.
- When will pre-readings be sent?
- Pre-readings will be sent two weeks prior and one week prior to the event. If you have not received them, please contact us at support@tblcadmin.org
- My session utilizes InteDashboard. How do we use it?

A TBLC Admin and an InteDashboard Admin will be present at each workshop to help answer any questions or give technical support. However, it is best to familiarize yourself with InteDashboard as much as possible before getting started.

- How/When do I get the connection information?
- Connection information will be sent the Monday prior to and two hours before the live broadcast. If you do not receive the connection information, please check your spam folder and contact us at support@tblcadmin.org to have it sent to you again.
