Question: What is the cancellation policy?
- Your registration fee, less a $25.00 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVAGP Business Office receives written notification before April 29, 2022. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after May 13, 2022.
Question: Are my dues included in the registration fee?
- Yes, dues for another year of membership are automatically included in the registration fee.
Question: I already paid my 2022-2023 membership dues. What do I do?
- You won’t have to do anything. WVAGP will be refunding the membership dues you paid as we get reconcile registrations with our membership roster.
Question: I can only attend one day of the conference - do I still pay the entire fee?
- Yes, you must pay the full price even if you only intend to attend some of the sessions. We do not currently offer half-day rates.
Question: Can I switch sessions after I’ve registered?
- Yes, you can switch sessions after you have registered. To modify your registration, please click the, "Modify Registration" button at the bottom of the page to log back into the conference website. You will need to enter your email address and password you set up during registration to modify your reigstration. If you do not remember your registration password, click HERE. If you need additional assistance, please email WVAGPConf@gmail.com.
Question: I'm a presenter, do I need to bring my own computer?
- Yes, all presenters are strongly encouraged to bring their own device for their presentation. If you have a Mac device, we will not be providing any laptop converters.
Question: Do I need to bring my own laptop for the workshops?
- Attendees for the URISA workshop on Tuesday, May 24th are required to bring their own devices. URISA training requires devices that must be able to load and edit spreadsheets. Laptops are recommended, but mobile devices such as tablets may also work.
Question: Do you share my email address with sponsors?
- No, we do not give out contact information to sponsors without your express permission.
Question: How can I request an invoice/refund/receipt?
- You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVAGP Admin office by emailing wvagpconf@gmail.com.
