Your registration fee, less a $100 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVPTA Admin Office receives written notification before July 1, 2023. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after July 1, 2023.

Yes, there are guest fees for meals. The guest fee for lunch is $35 for each day, the guest fee for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday is $45 for each day, and the guest fee for the banquet dinner on Thursday is $50. Guests are not permitted to attend sessions. 

As an attendee, all breaks, lunches, and dinners are included with the $175 registration fee.  Breakfast will be "on your own." For guests, lunches are $35, dinners are $45, and the banquet dinner is $50. 

Yes, you must pay the full price even if you only intend to stay part of the day. We do not currently offer half-day rates.

No, we do not give out contact information to vendors without your explicit permission.

The Hospitality Suite is hosted every evening from 9:00pm - 11:00pm in the hotel. Drinks and snacks are provided free of charge. Only attendees 21 years of age and older may attend the Hospitality Suite.

Laptop computers will be available if needed. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive. If possible, please bring your own laptop as a back up. WVPTA will also provide each room with a projector, which work with VGA and HDMI cables. Please bring any additional items you will need for your presentation with you.

Yes, please bring any converters for your laptop you may have. Our projectors work with VGA and HDMI cables.
