Jay Swann is the owner of Appalachian Pest Control, Appalachian Janitorial Services, and Erma’s Angels Incorporated. Born and raised in the Huntington/Barboursville area and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Freedom Bible College & Seminary. Jay currently is a member of Board of Directors for the West Virginia Pest Control Association. Jay is a leader in the pest control industry and has lead his company to be West Virginia’s only Quality Pro nationally accredited pest control company. Currently, they rank in the top 3% of all pest control companies nation wide. Frequently Jay provides pest control consultation for some of our areas largest retail, development, and educational facilities. Jay, and his sister Rachel McGinnis, own the non-profit company Erma’s Angels Inc. Ermas Angels is West Virginia’s largest donor for Alzheimer’s research for 10 years running. They have received many awards and received national attention for their work.
