It’s possible that the WVSPS Admin office hasn't yet received your membership dues for the year. If you sent your dues but the registration rate isn’t reflecting this, please check with the WVSPS office at wvsps@wvsps.org. If you have not yet sent your dues, you can renew your membership here.
You may also be registering with a different email address than the one associated with your membership. The registration system will not recognize you as an active member if you do not use the same email address as for your membership. Please check to make sure you are using the same email address to register as you do for your membership with WVSPS.
Currently, only members of the West Virginia society receive the member rate at Society events. If you want to join our society and take advantage of the member rate, click here!
You will be given a sheet when you arrive where you can record your PDHs for the day.
NOTE: The WVSPS Admin office does not keep individual PDH records.
You are responsible for keeping your PDH sheet(s).
You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVSPS Admin office by emailing wvsps@wvsps.org.

Attendee Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee, less a $50 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVSPS Business Office receives written notification before July 1, 2025. No refunds will be made after July 1, 2025.
Attendee Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the seminar and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
Lunch is included in your registration for the day.
