Yes, all attendees must register and pay for the series to gain access to the live broadcast. Pricing information can be found below.

  • Individual member: $120.00 USD
  • Institutional member: $500.00 USD

There may be a mismatch between the email you're using to register and the email address that is affiliated with your IAMSE membership.

Please double check that you're registering with the same email address. If the addresses match but you still aren't receiving the correct rate, please reach out to us at support@iamse.org for assistance.

  1. First click the Register button and select an "Institutional" registration type and complete the contact information fields.
  2. Once you reach the "Institutional Registrations" page, click "ADD GROUP." 
  3. In the popup window, select "Institutional Addon" from the dropdown menu then enter the number of faculty spots you wish to reserve. Once you've entered a number, click "Save."
    1. If you're unsure of the number of faculty you will be adding, you can simply type "50" in the number box and click "Save" then "Close.
  4. Then click "Continue" and complete the rest of the registration process.
    1. You do NOT need to "add registrant details." If you are unsure of who will be added to your registration, you can safely disregard that option. It is not required. 
  5. On the confirmation page, click the "COPY LINK" button. You may then distribute that link to your faculty and they will be directed to a registration process that will collect their basic contact information. They will not be prompted to pay.

If your institution has an existing registration, please reach out to the admin in charge at your university for the unique link to register. 

You MUST use that link to join under your institution's registration. 

If you followed the link provided by your institution's admin but did not complete the registration process, the system will not allow you to begin a new registration with that email address.

To complete your registration click the Modify Registration button at the bottom of the page to log in and complete your registration. If you did not set a password or cannot remember it, you can do a password reset HERE or follow the prompts on the log in page.

Registration for individual sessions in the WAS series have been are no longer offered, and you will need to register for the entire series even if you are unable to attend some of them.

Each session in the series will begin at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Sessions begin on Thursday, September 19th and end on Thursday, October 17th. 

Connection information will be emailed the Monday before each session as well as two hours before each session begins.

Connection information will be sent the Monday prior to and two hours before the live broadcast.

If you have not received the connection information by 11:00 am Eastern the day of the session, please check your spam folder and then contact support@iamse.org to have the link resent to you.

IAMSE Webcast Audio Seminar series registrations are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to another individual. If you need to transfer your registration please contact support@iamse.org.
