Gary Rosenfeld, Ph.D. is Professor and Associate Dean in the Office of Educational Programs of the University of Texas McGovern Medical School. Since 2000 he has helped to develop national and local policies and methods, including the use of education portfolios, to define, promote and document the Scholarship of Teaching.
