Dr. Naunihal (Nina) Zaveri is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Chair of Microbiology, Immunology and Pharmacology at the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has been a medical educator for 10 years, in both allopathic and osteopathic medical schools. Her experiences as a graduate student, postdoc, scientist and educator in the USA have given her insight and expertise that she would like to utilize to mentor women faculty as leaders in medical education. She has completed several training programs in leadership, including the Clifton Strengths Assessment. She is a member of the AAMC Special Interest Group (SIG) on Innovations and Leadership in Medical Education, where she participates regularly.
