The goal of this course is to build competency for effectively delivering content for biomedical science educators either during graduate school, postgraduate training, or once in practice as a refresher in an in-person or virtual educational setting.

Objectives: Following this 3-hour team-based learning workshop, participants will be able to:

1. describe evidence-based learning principles and their applications, effective PPT design, and feedback mechanisms
2. construct a PPT presentation of the assigned content as a team
3. discover the importance of improving communication with effective delivery of content with a greater understanding of the learners’ needs
