Dr. McCluskey is an assistant professor in the Departments of Pathology & Immunology and Education, Innovation, and Technology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She serves as the lead Pathologists’ Assistant (PathA), lead preceptor for various PathA programs, and directs medical school electives. She has 14 years of teaching, facilitation, curriculum development, and educational leadership experience in higher education for multilevel learners at the institutional, national, and international levels. She earned a doctorate in Professional Leadership with an Emphasis in Health Science Education after studying the existence of high-reliability organization in medical education. Her discoveries have led to recognition and produced awards, publications, and speaking and leadership platform opportunities.
