Oral Presenters

  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
  • There will be a laptop computer provided to you in the presentation room. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive.
  • Presentations will be on
    • Thursday, May 7, from 1:15 PM - 2:45 PM PDT.
    • Friday, May 8, from 2:45 PM - 4:15 PM PDT.
    • Saturday, May 9, from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM PDT.
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please let us know ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.

Poster Presenters

  • Poster set-up is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, from 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM. The poster boards will be in the Ponderosa Lower Level Foyer
  • Poster viewing sessions:
    • Thursday, May 7, from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
    • Friday, May 8, from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
  • Poster board numbers have been posted and can be found here.
  • Posters need to be removed from the boards on Saturday, May 9, by 10:30 AM.
  • Posters should be printed at a maximum of 4 ft x 4 ft (121 x 121 cm). 
    • The layout example picture can be found below.
  • Poster boards and materials to hang them will be provided and can be found in the poster room. Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board. 
    • Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number!
    • Any mounted poster that does not correspond to its assigned number will be taken down by staff and stored at the registration desk.

Panel Presenters

  • Presentations are 90 minutes long
  • Presentations will be on

Abstract Presenter FAQ

There is not set format outside of the time constraints that have been outlined. For posters, there are no size restrictions at this time. The preferred file format is PDF. 

  • Posters should be printed at a maximum of 4 ft x 4 ft (121 x 121 cm).
  • Oral Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
  • Panel Presentations are 90 minutes long.

No, there is no virtual component to the SciTS 2026 Conference.
