Cancellation Policy:
Your registration fee, less a $100 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the TBLC Administrative Office receives written notification before January 15, 2025. Substitutions can be made. Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis after January 15, 2025. No refunds will be made after February 1, 2025. 

Substitution Policy:
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
