2019 WVAGP Board of Directors Election
Voting in WVAGP elections is one of the biggest contributions WVAGP members make to the state geospatial community.
It is time to elect the WVAGP Board of Directors. The election will fill five (5) director positions of the board for a term of two years. The ballot, candidate profiles, and composition of the present board are available from the download button below. Make sure your dues are up-to-date to vote (2019 dues are included in your registration fee).

Voting Instructions
- Fill out ballot (LINKED BELOW): Select five (5) board of directors. The preferential voting method will be utilized, so rank your candidates accordingly.
- Print and sign ballot: Print and sign your name at the bottom of the ballot. The ballot is not valid unless you print and sign the ballot.
- Submit ballot: Mail your ballot in a sealed envelope on or before May 10, 2019, to the following address: WVAGP, c/o Barbara MacLennan, P.O. Box 3903, Charleston, WV 25339. Alternatively, you can deposit your ballot directly with the Treasurer or his/her designee before the Annual Meeting begins on May 13, 2019.
Please remember to have your membership for the current year (2019-2020) paid by the start of the Annual Meeting, otherwise your ballot will not be considered.
Any ballots received after the close of elections on May 13th, 2019 will be declared invalid.
