Your registration fee, less a $25.00 US administrative fee, will be refunded when WVAGP receives written notification before April 28, 2023. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after April 29, 2023.

If you register as a non-member, the $100 difference covers your membership dues for the 2023-2024 cycle.

You won’t have to do anything. WVAGP will be refunding the membership dues you paid as we reconcile registrations with our membership roster.

Yes, you must pay the full fee even if you only intend to attend some of the sessions. We do not currently offer half-day rates.

A laptop computer will be provided to all presenters, however presenters may also use their own laptops. If you have a Mac device, we will not be providing any laptop converters, please make sure to bring your own.

No, we do not give out contact information to sponsors without your express permission.

You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVAGP Admin office by emailing wvagpconf@gmail.com.
