If you have paid your 2024-2025 membership dues and you do not have the option to register as a member, please double check that you are using the email address that is associated with your membership. If you are registering as a non-member, renewing member, or student, then yes, Dues for another year of membership are automatically included in the registration fee for these registrants.

To pay for your membership fee and registration fee separately, please register or renew your membership at www.wvagp.org. It may take up to two business days for the registration portal to recognize your dues payment. If after two business days you still do not have the option to register for the conference as a member, please reach out to WVAGPConf@gmail.com. 

We do have a one-day rate for Tuesday and Wednesday for $125 USD. We do not currently offer half-day rates.

No. The guest fee only covers the cost of meals and social events. If your guest wishes to attend other sessions, they must pay the full registration rate.

WV GeoCon has secured a block of rooms for conference attendees starting at $154 USD per night before taxes. For those who qualify, we also have a limited special government rate of $113 USD per night before taxes. In order to receive the government rate, a valid government photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

The last day to book at the reduced rate is April 22, 2024 so be sure to book your room!

Currently the reservation link is not available - however, if you call 1-800-EMBASSY, you can book your room today! Just remember to mention WV GeoCon 2024. 

Your registration fee, less a $25.00 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WV GeoCon Admin Office receives written notification before April 30, 2024. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2024.

Currently we do not have any concurrent sessions listed for WV GeoCon, so all sessions are included. We will be adding concurrent sessions at a later date.

Once we do, you will be able to switch sessions after you have registered. To modify your registration, please click the, "Modify Registration" button below to log back into the conference website. You will need to enter your email address and password you set up during registration to modify your registration. We will be providing laptop computers, however presenters are allowed to bring their own device for their presentation. If you do, please be sure to bring any necessary converters for HDMI cables.

WV GeoCon will provide wifi throughout the conference space. Additional coverage for greater or faster coverage can be arranged by the attendee with the hotel directly.

The WVAGP Board of Directors election begins on April 10th, at which time the Ballot & Election Information page will be added to this website and display the current slate of candidates. The Call for Nominations is open from February 21st - March 1st.
