Participants in this workshop will be able to list cite three demographic facts about aging persons and Alzheimer’s disease. Participants in this workshop will be able to describe a care map and three ways it can be used to support a person with Alzheimer’s living alone. Participants in this offering will be able to identify at least two assistive technology resources in their community, describe at least three devices that can assist a person with Alzheimer’s, and make a referral to a program.
