• Posters should be a maximum of 32" wide x 42" tall.
  • Layout example picture can be found below
  • Any poster printed larger than specified above may not be posted due to size/space constraints.
• Presentations will be on
  • EVEN numbers - Wednesday, June 21 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • ODD numbers - Thursday, June 22 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Poster setup is on Wednesday, June 21 from 7:00am - 8:30am
• Poster boards and pins will be provided. Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board. 
  • Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number!
• Posters are expected to be on display for the entire conference.

• Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A
  • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation
  • Please send your presentation file  to support@nactateachers.org by Monday, June 12th 
    • Name your file using the following naming convention: Lastname_Day_Room_Topic
      • example: Bruce_Friday_Room3_GlobalEd
      • example: Wayne_Thursday_Room1_Curriculum
    • Any presentation NOT sent ahead of time must be brought on a USB drive.
• Presentations will be on
  • Wednesday, June 21 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm AND Wednesday, June 21 from 3:00pm - 4:15pm 
  • Thursday, June 22 from 9:00am - 10:00am
  • Friday, June 23 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
• Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
• If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
• If you are unable to attend your presentation, please let us know ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.
