Poster Presenters

  • Poster presentation schedule is as follows:
    • EVEN numbered posters
      • Tuesday, June 3rd from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
        • All students are scheduled to present.
    • ODD numbered posters
      • Wednesday, June 4th from 9:45 AM - 11:45 AM
  • Posters should be printed at a maximum of 4ft x 4ft (121cm x 121cm)
    • Posters printed with the incorrect dimensions may overlap/obscure other posters. Please be considerate of your fellow presenters.
    • Layout example picture can be found below.

Oral Presenters

  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
    • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation if you sent it in. 
      • If you do not send your presentation you must provide it on a USB drive on-site. Please check in with the registration desk at least 4 hours prior to arrange upload.
    • Please use the button below to send your presentation file. Files are due to the NACTA Admin Office by Friday, May 30th.
    • Files should be named using the following convention so they are easily identified: LastName_Day_Block#_Topic

      • example: Smith_Sunday_Block2_StudentSupport
      • example: Bruce_Monday_Block4_GlobalEd
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please contact the NACTA Office (support@nactateachers.org) ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.

Presenter FAQ

Posters should be printed at a maximum size of 4 feet x 4 feet (121cm x 121cm).
Each board (pictured below) will have two posters mounted per side (4 total per board) so please be considerate of your fellow presenters and do not to exceed the dimensions noted above. 

Now that the presenter registration deadline has passed, no presenter changes will be accepted. 

Any abstract that does not have at least one author registered for the conference after April 25, 2025 will be pulled from the program. 

No - while we encourage everyone to participate in the conference, only the presenters must be registered by the April 25th deadline.

If you are unable to pay at this time, we ask that you please select the "Invoice" option on the payment page at the end of the registration process. We will require payment prior to the conference. If you are unable to complete your registration by the deadline please contact us at support@nactateachers.org to notify us to prevent admin removal of your abstract. 

You must notify the NACTA Admin office (support@nactateachers.org) if you intend to pay for your registration on-site at the conference. Any presenter who has not paid or communicated with the admin office will have their presentation removed. 

Any abstract without complete registrations of ALL presenters will be removed from the program after April 25. 

We do not offer a discounted registration rate to our poster/oral presenters.

If you are a student, please use the Abstract Request Form to submit a letter from your dean or department chair on university letterhead. Once received, a code will be emailed to you.*
*Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of your request. 

If you have a strict time conflict please submit your request using the Abstract Request Form with the date needed and reason for your request. Strict schedule conflicts and students will be given scheduling priority. While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific presentation dates, we cannot guarantee requests for specific presentation day/times.

The presentation schedule, once published, is considered final and changes will not be accepted.

No, there is no virtual component to the NACTA 2025 Conference.

Assignment of presentation times and dates will be shared in May. Details will be available on this page and will also be emailed to the presenter on the abstract. If you have a schedule conflict and would like to request a specific presentation day, please submit your request using the Abstract Request Form.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific presentation dates, we cannot guarantee requests for specific presentation day/times.

Once the presentation schedule has been posted it is considered final and no further requests will be permitted.

Poster sizing information will be available on this page in May.

Oral presenters will be given 10 minutes of presentation time with 5 minutes of Q&A. There is no set format for the 10 minute presentation, it will be up to the presenter's discretion. Please note that the preferred platform for presentations is Microsoft PowerPoint. 

In order to maintain confidentiality during the review process, ALL author accounts in the abstract system were removed after the submission deadline. Abstract decisions will be sent via email to the presenter listed on the abstract.
