Sponsorship Opportunities
We have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities designed to showcase your company’s products and services and maximize your footprint. In addition to the sponsorships offered, our staff is happy to work with you to design a customized, unique sponsorship that meets your needs.
WVSPS reserves the right to deny any sponsor for any reason, and WVSPS seeks sponsors consistent with the Society’s mission, vision, and values.
Sponsor Packages
ALL Sponsor packages include:
- Listing & logo on the sponsor page of the convention website
- Company description and information (which may include links, downloadble handout/flyer or a promo video)
- Ability to interact with attendees in virtual exhibit showcase
- Full page ad in the special printed program materials
Bronze Level Sponsor - $500.00
- Ability to provide digital and physical swag to all registered attendees (swag item must be pre-approved by WVSPS)
- Sponsored email message sent to all attendees during convention including your swag, and logo
Silver Level Sponsor - $650.00
- All Bronze level perks
- Ability to provide digital and physical swag to all registered attendees (swag item must be pre-approved by WVSPS)
- Sponsored email message sent to all attendees during convention including your swag, and logo
- Sponsored lunch or networking session with branding/logo
- Ability to add company description on networking session webpage
- Waiting room sponsorship of one seminar (with logo)
Gold Level Sponsor - $1,000.00
- All Silver and Bronze level perks
- Ability to provide digital and physical swag to all registered attendees (swag item must be pre-approved by WVSPS)
- Sponsored email message sent to all attendees during convention including your swag, and logo
- Sponsored lunch or networking session with branding/logo
- Ability to add company description on networking session webpage
- Waiting room sponsorship of one seminar (with logo)
AND
- Sponsored Lunch Break with branding/logo in waiting room and five minutes of speaking time
- Ability to schedule one-on-one meetings with attendees
Nonprofit/Gov't Sponsor - $250.00
- Company listing & logo on sponsor page of the convention website
- Ability to interact with attendees during virtual exhibitor showcase
Terms and Conditions
Application Information
Applications for Sponsorship are considered on a first-come-first served basis. It is recommended that your organization submit their registration as soon as possible.
Shipping
All sponsors must make individual arrangements for shipping and handling of any physical swag items. All items to be included in attendee packets MUST be received no later than January 25, 2021.
Internet Connection
WVSPS is not liable or responsible for the internet connectivity of any sponsors, attendees, or presenters throughout the duration of the Convention.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be received no later than January 15, 2021 and are subject to cancellation fees per contract as follows. If cancelled or reduced prior to December 15, 2020, 20% of the total cost will be retained. If registration is cancelled or reduced between December 16, 2020 and January 15, 2021, 50% of the total cost will be retained. There are no refunds or cancellations after January 15, 2021.
Liability
Each exhibitor agrees to protect, save and hold WVSPS and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called “Indemnified”) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor or those holding under the exhibitor. Further, exhibitor shall at all times protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the indemnified against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invites, which arises from or out of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.
