Program Descriptions
- Presenters must submit their poster file by Friday, September 22 using the form below

- Poster file must adhere to the following guidelines:
- PDF format
- File name matches abstract title
- 1 page only (max 2MB size)
- Horizontal/landscape in 16:9 or 4:3 ratio
- Cannot contain any URLS or links

- We ask that you be available at your poster during the poster session (session numbers TBA)

Mini Workshops

Short Research Presentations
- Presentations will be given within the Gather Town platform
- You will have the ability to share your screen (similar to Zoom or Teams) with your presentation slides
- We will have a virtual help desk available in Gather Town approximately a week before the conference for presenters to familiarize themselves with the platform.
- Presenters will each have 10 minutes to present + 5 minutes for Q&A.
- There are no materials required ahead of time.

There are no specific instructions for panel presenters, though you may want to visit our virtual help desk hosted the week before the conference to familiarize yourself with the Gather Town platform.
