Poster and Oral Presenter Information
Poster presenters must upload their poster file by Sunday, May 15 at 5:00pm EDT. Guidelines and instructions are below.
Poster File Upload Instructions:
- Click the green "Upload Your Poster" button.
- You will be prompted to login. Login with the information you used to register for the conference.
- From here you will be able to modify your registration.
- Indicate that you are a poster presenter. This will make visible fields requesting your title, abstract text, and file.
- Your file must be a .jpeg or .png and a maximum of 10MB
- You will be prompted to login. Login with the information you used to register for the conference.
- If you are registered to attend in person you will still be expected to present a printed poster.
On-Site Presentation Details:
- Poster numbers were sent to you via email
- EVEN numbered posters present on Sunday, June 5 from 4:45pm - 5:45pm
- ODD numbered posters present on Monday, June 6 from 2:30pm - 3:30pm
- If you did not receive this message, please make sure to check your junk/spam
- Poster setup is on June 4 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Posters should be 3ftx3ft.
- Poster boards and pins will be provided. Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board.
- Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number!
- Posters are expected to be on display for the entire conference
- If there is a presenter change on your poster, please contact support@iamse.org
Virtual Poster Presenter Information:
- Virtual posters will be displayed on the conference website at the beginning of the conference and will be available for the duration.
- There is no live presentation portion for Virtual Poster Presenters
- Abstracts will still be published in the annual conference issue of Medical Science Educator

Oral presenters must upload their recording by Friday, May 20 at 5:00pm EDT. Guidelines and instructions are below.
Oral Presentation Recording Guidelines:
- Recordings should be a maximum of 10 minutes long
- Files should be in MP4 format
- The presentation format itself is up to the discretion of the presenter
- Some format examples:
- a recorded screen share of your presentation using Teams or Zoom
- PPT presentation video with audio narration
- Some format examples:

Oral Presentation Upload Instructions:
- Click the "Oral Presentation Schedule" button above and find your presentation
- Note the DAY and CATEGORY (Curriculum, Assessment, E-Learning, etc.) of your presentation block
- Rename your presentation file using the following criteria:
- DAY_CATEGORY_TITLE_PRESENTER LAST NAME
- Example: Sunday_Curriculum3_Excellent Abstract Title Example_Kim)
- If you are presenting virtually only, please replace DAY_CATEGORY with VIRTUAL ONLY in your file name
- DAY_CATEGORY_TITLE_PRESENTER LAST NAME
- Once you have renamed your file click the "Upload Your Oral Presentation" button or visit: https://www.transfernow.net/en
- Click the large round circle in the center of the screen that says "Start"
- Select your renamed presentation file
- Fill in the prompted form fields
- Send to address is support@iamse.org
- Subject line should be "IAMSE 2022 Oral Presentation File"
- When complete click the purple "Transfer" button
- You will receive a confirmation that your file was sent. You will also receive a confirmation when we have successfully downloaded your file.
On-Site Presentation Details:
- Presentations will be on Sunday June 5 from 3:45pm - 4:45pm and Tuesday, June 7 from 10:15am to 11:15am
- Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A
- Presenters are not permitted to change time slots
- If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time.
- If you are unable to attend your presentation, please let us know so that we can notify the moderator.
Virtual Oral Presenter Information:
- Please make sure to follow the instructions above to upload the recording of your presentation.
- Virtual oral presentations will be linked from the conference website at the beginning of the conference and will be available for the duration.
- There is no live presentation portion for Virtual Oral Presenters
- Abstracts will still be published in the annual conference issue of Medical Science Educator
