The JW Marriott Cancun Resort and Spa is proud to confirm and reiterate that the safety and security of our guests, vendors and associates is a paramount priority. We are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable trip. Our resort has a strict plan of prevention and security that runs 24 hours with more than 80 CCTV on the main entrance, all public areas, main lobby, restaurants and beach access. We also have bilingual Loss Prevention agents on staff 24 hours per day, including the Director and Managers.

All guests or persons who enter the resort must arrive through the security gate. Once they have identified and been checked in at reception they have access to their rooms and common resort areas only. Beach access areas are equipped with locking doors that require room keys to gain access back to the property.

We are happy to provide any guests who are hesitant about using a taxi serivice with transportation assistance to and from the airport on a shared or private basis. This booking can be made for an additional fee directly with the Concierge.
