Poster and Oral Presenter Information
Poster Presenters
- Posters should be a maximum of 93in tall x 34in wide or 239cm tall x 95cm wide. There is no minimum size.
- Layout example picture can be found below
- Presentations will be on
- EVEN numbers - Sunday, June 11 from 4:45pm - 5:45pm
- All students and award nominees are scheduled to present on Sunday, June 11th
- ODD numbers - Monday, June 12 from 2:30pm - 3:30pm
- ALL Spanish posters are scheduled to present on Monday, June 12 from 2:30pm - 3:30pm
- EVEN numbers - Sunday, June 11 from 4:45pm - 5:45pm
- Poster setup is on June 10 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Poster boards and pins will be provided. Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board.
- Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number!
- Posters are expected to be on display for the entire conference.

Oral Presenters
- Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A
- Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation
- Please send your presentation to support@iamse.org by Friday, June 2nd
- Name your file using the following naming convention: Lastname_Day_Topic
- example: Smith_Sunday_Curriculum2
- example: Bruce_Monday_InstructionalMethods1
- Any presentation NOT sent ahead of time must be brought on a USB drive.
- Name your file using the following naming convention: Lastname_Day_Topic
- Presentations will be on
- Sunday, June 11 from 3:45pm - 4:45pm
- Monday, from 1:15pm to 2:15pm
- Tuesday, June 13 from 10:15am to 11:15am
- Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
- If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time.
- If you are unable to attend your presentation, please let us know ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.
