Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I switch workshops after I've already registered?

  • Yes, once you have registered, you are able to switch sessions by going back to the conference homepage and clicking the "Modify registration" button.

 2. What workshop did I sign up for?

  • Your schedule is listed in the confirmation email you received after registering online.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

  • Your registration fee, less a $25.00 US administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVAGP Business Office receives written notification before June 1, 2021. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after June 14, 2021.

4. What if I want to become a member when I register?

  • Register under "Conference + New or Renewal Membership." This will cover your registration for the conference, as well as your new member dues. 

5. What if I'm already a member and my dues are paid for this year?

  • Register under "Conference Only (Existing Members)" This will cover your conference fee only, and you won't be charged again for dues.

6. What if I'm a member, but I still need to pay my dues for this year?

  • Register under "Conference + New or Renewal Membership." This will cover your registration for the conference, as well as your renewed member dues.

7. What if I want to come to the conference, but don't want to become a member?

  • Register under "Conference Only (Non Membership)" This covers your registration for the conference only

8. I can only attend one day of the conference - do I still pay the entire fee?

  • Yes, you must pay the full price even if you only intend to attend some of the sessions. We do not currently offer half-day rates.

9. Do you share my email address with sponsors?

  • No, we do not give out contact information to sponsorswithout your express permission.

10. How can I request an invoice/refund/receipt?

  • You can request an invoice completing your registration and clicking the "invoice" button on the final page. You can also request one directly from the WVAGP Admin office by emailing wvagpconf@gmail.com.

11. How do I access workshops?

  • Once the meeting begins, "View Session" links will become visible on the meeting website.

12. Do I need a webcam or microphone?

  • While a camera or microphone are not necessary, they will certainly help you engage more fully.
