Your registration fee, less a $25.00 USD administrative fee, will be refunded when the WVGS Office receives written notification before October 1. Substitutions can be made. No refunds will be made after October 28.

Yes, meals are included in your registration fee.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome if they have registered otherwise they will not be admitted.
Where on campus is the Summit?
Sessions will be held in Geary Student Union at 2300 MacCorkle Avenue SE, Charleston, WV 25304. We will be in the third floor ballroom.
Where can I park?
Enter at the main campus entrance. UC will have designated parking for us at the event. Please follow the signs to the WVGS event parking area.
