Poster and Oral Presenter Information

Poster Presenters

  • Poster presentation schedule is as follows:
    • EVEN numbered posters
      • Tuesday, June 25th from 10:00am - 12:00pm
        • All students are scheduled to present.
    • ODD numbered posters
      • Wednesday, June 26th from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Posters should be printed at a maximum of 4ft x 4ft (121cm x 121cm)
    • Posters printed with the incorrect dimensions may overlap/obscure other posters. Please be considerate of your fellow presenters.
  • Poster setup will be on Monday, June 24th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
  • Your poster has been assigned a number which corresponds to its category. Click the button above to find your assigned poster number.
    • Poster numbers will be pinned to the upper corner of each board.
      • DO NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your assigned number.
        • Mounted posters that do not correspond to its assigned number will be taken down by staff and stored at the registration desk until claimed by the presenter to be mounted in the correct space.
  • Poster tear down is on Thursday, June 27th from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Oral Presenters

  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
    • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation if you sent it in. 
      • If you do not send your presentation you must provide it on a USB drive on-site. Please check in with the registration desk at least 4 hours prior to arrange upload.
    • Please use the button below to send your presentation file. Files are due to the NACTA Admin Office by Friday, June 21st.
    • Files should be named using the following convention so they are easily identified: LastName_Day_Block#_Topic

      • example: Smith_Sunday_Block2_StudentSupport
      • example: Bruce_Monday_Block4_GlobalEd
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please contact the NACTA Office (support@nactateachers.org) ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.
