Poster Size

  • 4 feet wide x 4 feet tall (121 x 121 cm) *MAXIMUM*
    • Posters will be displayed two per side of the board. 
    • Please be courteous to your fellow presenters and DO NOT exceed the maximum size listed above. ​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Poster Presentation Schedule

  • SETUP: Sunday, June 7 - 9:30am - 5:00pm 
    • (Please do not set up your poster during the plenary session from 1:00pm - 2:00pm)
    • If you arrive after setup time has passed, we ask that you please be courteous of sessions that may be occurring around you when you set up your poster.
    • Poster boards and pins will be provided.
    • Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board. 
    • Your poster number has been emailed to the presenter on the abstract.
    • Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number!
    • Any mounted poster that does not correspond to its assigned number will be removed by staff and stored at the registration desk.

  • EVEN-numbered posters: Sunday, June 7 from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
    • All students and award nominees are scheduled to present on Sunday, June 7 unless otherwise arranged.

  • ODD-numbered posters: Monday, June 8 from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

  • TEARDOWN: Tuesday, June 9 - 7:00am - 9:00am

Oral Presenter Information

  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
    • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation if you sent it to the office ahead of time

Please upload your oral presentation file below by Monday, June 1st.

If you do not send your presentation by the deadline, you will need to bring your presentation on a USB drive to the registration desk AT LEAST 4 hours before your presentation so it can be loaded onto the laptop.

  • Make sure to name your presentation file using the following naming convention: PresenterLastName_Day_TopicNumber(if applicable)
    • example: Smith_Sunday_StudentSupport
    • example: Inscoe_Tuesday_Curriculum3
    • example: Andrews_Monday_InstructionalMethods
    • If you have multiple presentations and want to make sure they are matched properly, you can also add a few words of your abstract title to the file name. (example: Dekarios_Tues_Assessment2_AFewAbstractTitleWords)
  • Oral presentations will be on:
    • Sunday, June 7 from 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
    • Monday, June 8 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM
    • Tuesday, June 9 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please contact the IAMSE Office (support@iamse.org) ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.
