If the presenter on your abstract is different than the one specified when you submitted, please submit your change HERE prior to April 1, 2026.
Any requests after April 1 will need to be reviewed and approved by the conference abstract managers.

Presenters MUST have been included as a co-author on the abstract at the time of submission in order to be listed.
Any request not meeting that criteria will not be considered.

To request a copy of your abstract as submitted, please fill out the request form HERE and a copy will be forwarded to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of your request.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific presentation days, we cannot guarantee any specific dates/times. If you have a scheduling conflict and would like to request a particular presentation day, you may do so HERE

  • Students and award nominees will be scheduled to present on Sunday, June 7, 2026 and will receive priority for that date.
  • Strict schedule conflicts will be given priority otherwise on the presentation schedule.

Once published, the presentation schedule is considered final and further requests/changes will not be considered

No. While we encourage everyone to attend the conference, only the presenting author must be registered. Each abstract must have at least one registered presenting author by April 1, 2026.
If the presenter on your abstract has changed, please make sure to send the presenter update using the abstract author request form prior to April 1st.

Any abstract that does not have at least one author registered for the conference after April 1, 2026 will be pulled from the program.

We do not offer a discounted registration rate to our poster/oral presenters.
If you are a student or trainee and would like to request a discount code, you can submit proof of your student status HERE. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of your request.

If you are unable to pay at this time, we ask that you please select the "Invoice" option on the payment page at the end of the registration process. We will require payment prior to the conference. You must notify the IAMSE Admin office if you intend to pay for your registration on-site at the conference.

Any presenter who has not registered or communicated with the IAMSE Admin office prior to April 1, 2026 will have their presentation removed.

This information will be available in May and will be sent via email to all registered poster presenters.
