The deadline for Research Poster Presenters to submit their poster is Friday, September 26.
The deadline for all other presentation types is Thursday, October 2.

Programs, Highlights, and Innovations

Program, Highlights, and Innovations speakers will develop posters to share information and/or updates on their program with the larger ASPBP community.

  • Presenters must submit their poster file using this form. The deadline to submit your poster is Thursday, October 2*.
  • Poster file must adhere to the following guidelines:
    • PDF format
    • File name matches abstract title
    • 1 page only (max 2MB size)
    • Horizontal/landscape in 16:9 or 4:3 ratio
    • Cannot contain any URLS or links

*As the poster files for your session will not be pre-loaded into the platform, your deadline is not the same as the Research Poster Presentations.

Research Posters

During Research Poster Presentation sessions, presenters will virtually “stand” next to their posters and facilitate a 20-minute presentation on their research. Following a series of presentation blocks, an open period will be provided for attendees to follow up with presenters at their posters and further discuss their research processes and findings. Attendees may visit one or more posters during the open period.
