Poster Presenter Information

  • Poster presentation schedule is as follows:
    • EVEN numbered posters
      • Sunday, June 15 from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
        • All students and award nominees are scheduled to present on Sunday, June 15. 
    • ODD numbered posters
      • Monday, June 16 from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Poster setup and teardown times:
    • Poster setup is on Sunday, June 15, from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We ask that you please do not set up your poster during the plenary session from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. If you arrive after that time and need to set up your poster, please be courteous of sessions that may be occurring around you.
    • Poster boards and pins will be provided. Your poster number will be displayed in the upper corner of the board. 
      • Do NOT mount your poster on a board that does not correspond to your number! If you do, your poster will be removed from the board.
    • Posters are to be removed on Tuesday, June 17 prior to the start of the plenary presentation that starts at 11:30 AM. 
  • Posters should be printed at a maximum of 4 ft x 4 ft (121 x 121 cm).

Oral Presenter Information

  • Presentations are 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of moderated Q&A.
    • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation if you sent it in. 

If you did not send your presentation file to the IAMSE Admin Office by May 30, you MUST bring it on a USB drive to the registration desk at least 4 hours before your presentation.

  • Name your file using the following naming convention: Lastname_Day_Topic
    • example: Smith_Sunday_Curriculum2
    • example: Bruce_Monday_InstructionalMethods1
    • Any presentation NOT sent ahead of time must be brought to the registration desk on a USB drive at least 3 hours prior to your presentation.
  • Oral presentations will be on:
    • Sunday, June 15 from 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
    • Monday, June 16 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM
    • Tuesday, June 17 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
  • Presenters are not permitted to change time slots.
  • If a presenter is absent, the next presenter is NOT to proceed until their designated time. 
  • If you are unable to attend your presentation, please contact the IAMSE Office (support@iamse.org) ASAP so that we can notify the moderator.

Poster & Oral Presenter FAQ

Posters should be a maximum of 4 feet x 4 feet (121cm x 121cm) in size.
Each board (pictured below) will have two posters mounted per side so please be considerate of your fellow presenters and do not to exceed the maximum printing size.

Presenters MUST have been included as a co-author on the abstract at the time of submission in order to be listed.
Any request not meeting that criteria will not be considered.

If you are unable to pay at this time, we ask that you please select the "Invoice" option on the payment page at the end of the registration process. We will require payment prior to the conference. You must notify the IAMSE Admin office if you intend to pay for your registration on-site at the conference.

Any presenter who has not registered or communicated with the IAMSE Admin office prior to April 1, 2025 will have their presentation removed.

We do not offer a discounted registration rate to our poster/oral presenters.
If you are a student or trainee and would like to request a discount code, you can submit proof of your student status HERE. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of your request.

No. While we encourage everyone to attend the conference, only the presenting author must be registered. Each abstract must have at least one registered presenting author by April 1, 2025.
If the presenter on your abstract has changed, please make sure to send the presenter update using the abstract author request form prior to April 1st. 

Any abstract that does not have at least one author registered for the conference after April 1, 2025 will be pulled from the program. 

Oral presenters will be given 10 minutes of presentation time with 5 minutes of Q&A. Only one presenter per oral presentation is permitted. There is no set format for the 10 minute presentation. 

  • Laptops will be provided and will be pre-loaded with your presentation if you provided it ahead of time.
  • You can upload a copy of your presentation slides HERE. (Slides must be submitted prior to May 31, 2025)

To request a copy of your abstract as submitted, please fill out the request form HERE and a copy will be forwarded to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of your request.

No, there is no virtual component to the IAMSE 2025 Conference.
