We cannot guarantee requests for specific presentation day/times. However, if you have a strict time conflict please notify us at support@iamse.org and we will note your request and will do our best to accommodate. Requests must be sent to our office by April 1, 2025. Please be sure to include the title of your abstract, presenting author name, and email address in your request.

Once the presentation schedule has been posted it is considered final and no further requests will be permitted.

If the presenter on your abstract is different than the one specified when you submitted, please contact support@iamse.org prior to April 1, 2025. Any requests after April 1 will need to be reviewed and approved by the conference abstract managers.

NOTE: you may only change your presenter to a co-author who was listed on the abstract when it was submitted. 

If you are unable to pay at this time, we ask that you please select the "Invoice" option on the payment page at the end of the registration process. We will require payment prior to the conference. 

You must notify the IAMSE Admin office if you intend to pay for your registration on-site at the conference. Any presenter who has not paid or communicated with the admin office will have their presentation removed.

We do not offer a discounted registration rate to our poster/oral presenters. If you are a student or trainee, please email a letter from your dean or department chair to support@iamse.org to receive the student rate code.

No. While we encourage everyone to attend the conference, only the presenting author must be registered.

Each abstract must have at least one registered presenting author by April 1, 2025.

No, there is no virtual component to the IAMSE 2025 Conference.

Oral presenters will be given 10 minutes of presentation time with 5 minutes of Q&A. Only one presenter per oral presentation is permitted. There is no set format for the 10 minute presentation.
