Exhibitor FAQ

If you are anticipating a need to ship items to the Minneapolis Hilton, packages may be delivered to the hotel no earlier than June 10th. Your packages will be processed through the on-site UPS location. Please note that the UPS store is closed on weekends.

*Includes receiving securing and storage for 3 business days prior to arrival. $10.00 per day storage fee for days 3+
**Includes labeling, taping, securing for pickup, and ensuring pickup by the appropriate carrier.

All return shipments must be paid for using your company's account number or credit card number. No packages will be shipped using the hotel's account.

Please note that this is only a listing of exhibitor-specific events. In order to fully take advantage of your opportunities as an exhibitor at the IAMSE Conference, we recommend that a representative be present at your booth for a majority of the conference. We highly recommend being present for any meals or breaks. A full listing of the conference schedule can be found here. 

Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than May 15, 2024 and are subject to a $250 cancellation fee per booth. If space is reduced prior to April 15, 2024, 20% of the total cost of space will be retained. If space is reduced between April 16, 2024— May 15, 2024, 50% of the total cost of the space will be retained. There are no refunds for reduction or cancellation after May 15, 2024.

Requests for electricity are processed through each exhibitor's registration profile. If you requested electricity when you registered, you will have it at your booth. If you did not, please reach out to exhibitor@iamse.org.

At this time, we ask that all stuffable materials be sent directly to the hotel using the shipping information above. These materials will be added to attendee packets on-site.  Materials must be received by Wednesday June 13, 2024

Exact booth assignments will be made on-site. We can let you know that your space will be in the pre-function space just outside of the general session ballroom, which is located on the third floor. A map of that space is shown below.

No, IAMSE does not currently use a lead retrieval system. We do however use a mobile app, Attendee Mobile, which contains user provided contact information.

No, email addresses of attendees is not shared with exhibitors.
